Cafe at University campus - Turin (Italy)

This project of a cafe by Studio Valle Progettazioni, aims for strong formal integration within the historical context of the surrounding old warehouses. These had been restored to be used as lecture halls. The cafe imitates their shape in two sections, but uses modern materials such as glass, steel and concrete. The model emphasizes the architectonical and material qualities of the design.
