Residential Building with 38 Apartments - Rome (Italy)

Executive planning (Rome)

DescriptionGalleryDetails

The building is situated in the southern periphery of Rome on the rear side of existing buildings. The hidden location provides its own gestuality: a wall protects the building to the west from the heat of the Roman summer evenings.

The sharp declination of levels on the building site required entrances on different levels and gave the chance to create large terraces on the east side with protected gardens on the ground floor. The executive planning had to respect a high quality standard egarding the use of materials and colour harmony.
