Jumeirah beach villa - Dubai (UAE)
Architectural project (Rome)
DescriptionGalleryDetails
During my experience living in Dubai's wealthy Jumeirah area I felt inspired to create a space-efficient Villa on a restrained plot. The project follows climatically-correct determinations using a double roof with an outer shading shell. The villa is furthermore exposed to natural wind currents. Hereby the entering wind is cooled by water evaporation. The interior is organized as an open space over three split levels in order to separate areas with different functions. Cars can be parked in the basement. The entrance level is on level +1/2 and the garden terrace looks over a swimming pool.
